Dear Mr. Baker,

I want to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with the PASSPORT software that was recently installed on our PE 3230. We are using it to transfer files between the PE and several of our company's non-PE computers. We even use it to transfer files from personal computers. The time savings and data security provided by PASSPORT are a big improvement over our old method of data transfer.

I also want to thank you for the help you provided on the phone in getting our system on-line. It's always good to have a knowledgeable person available when starting up a new piece of software.
